Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.

The Stagecoach Crossing HOA will hold its 2023 Transition Meeting on Monday - March 20,2023, at the Hampton Inn, located at 151 Bunton Creek Rd., in Kyle. Registration begins at 5:45pm. The meeting will call to order at 6:00pm. The notice of meeting packet is available to view or download here. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.


January, 2023

Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023

The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.

1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.

2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.

3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.

4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

Login Password Reset

All user passwords were reset on 4/4/2021 to their original default passwords. This action was necessary due to an unplanned server migration by our internet hosting provider. If you never changed your password to a custom password that only you knew, nothing has changed for you. If, however, you had changed your password, please use the original default password you were assigned when your account was created. If you do not know your original password, please call us at (512) 826-0500 and we will be happy to assist you!

Community Update

Dear Residents:

As many of you know, Governor Abbott has issued the first phase of “Strike Force to Open Texas”. The Board of Directors has been following the COVID-19 pandemic closely and continues to do so. In light of the new Order, the Board of Directors has made the decision to follow the guidelines and recommendations outlined in the Order. Therefore, the common areas and amenities in the Community will remain closed at this time. The Board of Directors will review and monitor the additional phases of the Order as they are rolled out and continue to make decisions based on guidelines and recommendations. The Board of Directors understands the anticipation of the common areas and amenities being reopened. As soon as Orders indicate it is safe to do so, we will begin working to reopen the common areas and amenities. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated and we thank you for your cooperation.

This is the new website for the Stagecoach Crossing HOA. This website will be where all official announcements such as Board meetings, annual meetings, and other news and information about the HOA is posted.

Governing documents are available from the link above; the contacts page tells you how to get in touch with the HOA, and if you wish to sign up for ACH withdrawals or submit an ACC request, the forms can be obtained at the links to the left.

Owners may get a personal login by contacting our office. HOA financials, account information, and more are available to owners only through their personal logins.
